We have 4 BR pullets-- that are now 4-5 months old. They have been in the coop with the other chickens since about 6weeks. We have 3 other BR and the pullets are every bit as big as the "adults". We also have 2 RI's and 2 Buff O's. So how do the others know that the pullets are the newbe's and not just another BR?? Acutally the BO's are the worst about attacking the pullets. The BR don't touch them. So how do they know that the pullets are at the bottom of the pecking order??
