[CHICKENS-101] destroying animals

 

The wildlife officer may have authority to make an on-the-spot decision, but the officer's actions are always reviewable by a judge.

 

No one can come on your property without a warrant or court order and kill anything without being answerable to the courts.

 

It's in the US Constitution.
