Thanks for the explanation! I'm just paranoid about viruses and identity theft so when I got an email that seemed to have been spawned from my recent chicken activity, it kind of freaked me out - like someone had been watching me or something...there are companies that do send spam based on web activity and when the email showed up out of the blue from someone I didn't know - I thought it was like that. Your group does sound nice though - I wish you luck with it! I would prefer not to receive the emails though...thanks anyway.

I am not trying to bother anyone, but I love our pets, including the 30 or so chickens we have. I may only lurk on this group, but I learn a lot from the other posters. We started http://PetsHQ.com because we wanted a way to bring together pet lovers of all kinds and offer forums for discussion as well as groups to help find new homes for pets, blogs so that you can share your story(s) with other pet lovers and a bunch of other stuff.

So...please accept my sincere apology and please simply let me know if you have received email from me and don't want to or click the "Remove Me" link in the email. I respect your wishes no matter what they are.
