You'd be surprised what you can adjust to <G>. Granted, I was much younger then, but for 17 years I lived with a bartender. I kept to his scedule for a long time, but eventually, I had to get a "regular" job. Because all our friends were also "Bar People", Thanksgiving dinner ( I was one op the few who cooked) was always a 4:00 a.m., allowing for a few quickones at the Bottle Club <VBG>.
