One of my ducks had recently been hurt in a coon attack; he couldn't seem get
hig legs under him; so yesterday; I put him; & a Dominique rooster into the
fridge to sit until tomorrow; then we are going to have smoked duck &
chicken.... I figured it would make an appropriate Easter Dinner......
I always hate having to kill any of my birds; but sometimes it becomes necessary...
