George, How absolutely scary! Do you take your silkies into where you shelter from storms? Glad your power is back and on, and that you and yours are safe. Do you have many trees down and a big mess to clean up/repair? Cathryn

> Just got the power back 1:09 AM, 2-28. Others may be up already but there are many more that will be in the dark for a few days. The devastation was unbelievable. 100 year old trees thrown around like matchsticks. What I don't understand is why there was not more property damage or personal injuries. The chickens thought it was cool. First thing for me is a real cup of coffee then a hot shower. Even the skunk in the barn is avoiding me. Oh yes! the little stinker is back.
