I would count the square footage in the coop, not the run, since they will be locked in the coop all together. 4x6=24 sf..........not much room for standard sized hens--I wouldn't want to keep more than 6 and that is maxed out, imo.
The run is great, but when they are locked in the coop, they need a little room, even if just roosting. If the weather is bad and they want out of the rain, etc. If nothing else, consider ventilation and the heat these girls will put out, especially in summer!
I wouldn't trust leaving them in the attached run at night. Predators can dig under.
