Hey Laurie,
I also have 4 small chicks in a coop adjoining my big ones. I have signs that at least one of them may be a little Roo! Hate to get rid of any of them but guess time will tell. These little ones only see the big ones through the fence that separates them, and I alternate flocks in the big run. Kind of a pain but it works right now. :)
Happiness comes through doors you didn't even know you left open.

I will probably face this problem also. I have 4 little roos with 10 little hens. They all get along right now--but later?? These little ones now want to run with the big ones. So I gradually introduced them. When Big Red Roo comes all of them run for there own coop. Big Red doesn't go after them -- he is a pretty calm roo
