Janet I am not clear on what you are saying the prob is with the teflon. Is it food that is cooked on teflon, or if the parrot managed to eat a bit of teflon peeled off the pan?
We used to throw ds 's avocado peel in the compost & the chickens had access to it whether they ate it I have no idea, so I am glad me & dh don't eat avocado's we won't eat them. Although now I am aware of it if we ever do have them I certainly will not put the peel in the compost any more, thanks for that. Jane & co
