I have heard not to feed avocado to chickens too. Some people feed a little bit in their scraps without problems, but I wouldn't.
I am trying to get several subjects going by issuing a challenge. We have many members who are new to chickens and members like Ol` George whose chickens came in on the ark. I miss George's chicken stories and wish he could join us more.

Thanks for the list.
I would go one step further and never feed avocado at all. There have been parrot deaths from eating just the flesh.
