It was 119 here just about all last week. I tried misters last season and I found they avoided them. However, I now dig a small area for them and flood it with water a few times a day. That works the best for me, the girls play in the water all day and stay cool. Even if I'm gone and can't keep water in their little pond, it stays wet enough for them to dig a hole where it's cooler. I also give then a watermelon cut in half, keeps them busy and I know they are getting enough fluids. This year, NO FATALITIES. Yay!
