Hi Cynthia, I have no idea, sorry. could she be a frizzle? when we had 2 frizzles one was a lot sparser in feathers than the other & slightly smaller. other than that it could be diet. What are you feeding them? chick starter? I hope some one on this list has some suggestions:) Jane & co
