When doing the compost, do you include other items with the droppings and does it get up to 140 degrees?

Perhaps you'd rather hear about the sale of manure……..yeah, chicken sh*t.
Does anyone else sell their manure? We have composted alpaca & goat and horse & chicken. We keep them separate to allow the horse and chicken to break down. The alpaca and goat manure aren't considered hot and can be put down anytime, but the other needs to compost, otherwise it burns.
Is that better?
