Chickie has sat on my hubs lap while he's watching TV and not pooped on him.  I feel she would be a good candidate for clicker training if I had the time and patience for such.  I've known ferrets who would run up 2 flights of stairs to use the litter box, then go the 2 flights back down to resume play.  None of mine ever did that!  Many species will use the same corner over and over but chickens basically aren't in that group. Chickens can be taught a lot of things, but it's still a Pavlov's dog reaction, not a decision on the chickens part.

There is a chicken forum where a thread talks all about people who have house chickens and the chickens sit on your lap etc while watching TV.  I don't believe they all are using diapers.  And I know I read somewhere a chicken/duck or similar would go outside with the dogs to go to the bathroom and than come back in.  I will try and find post and link it.
