Poor Petals. I always get a good laugh picturing Petals running to beat the band to get away from Lacy. LOL!! I understand what you mean about the back feet. The first kitten I had declawed, friends talked me into the front feet only. It wasn't long and my kitten was back in to get the back feet done. They use their back feet to scratch off and when they jump. Cath
| I'm a proponent of cat declawing myself, although our current Lacy is the only declawed cat I've ever had. It's sure nice not to have to worry about furniture being damaged these days. Lacy has never shown any indication of being aware that her feet were different after her procedure, nor has her behavior changed in any way. And she still whacks Petals just as if she thinks it's going to do some damage. I just wish I'd had her back feet done also. Georgia - |
