Re: [CHICKENS-101] a quick question

Beverly ... you should keep them on chick starter until 6 weeks and some go as long as 8 weeks.  4 weeks is a tad to early.

I am moving babies around today and was wondering what everyone thinks about chick strarter and when to stop feeding it ?     I am moving babies that are four weeks old outside in a cage off the ground, to make room for hatching chicks.     Should I continue to feed them chick starter or start them on cracked corn and laying mash ?   thanks in advance.
