first off, some animals are born with something that will prevent them from
thriving no matter what you do.
So here are a few things to try/check that I would do. I am no expert or a
vet. I would make sure she is in a warm place, I would make sure she has no
parasites, I know you said you wormed her, make sure what you use gets rid
of both internal and external parasites that could literally suck the life
out of her.
Next I would give her a few drops of mineral or olive oil and massage her
crop a bit just in case something is stuck in there that partially blocks
something, I had a chick almost die on me, she completely stopped eating
and drinking at 3 weeks old and after I force fed her for a day she pooped
out something stringy and after that she started eating and drinking like
nothing ever happened.
Then I would try to feed her some stuff like boiled egg yolk, yoghurt and
moistened chick starter to see if you can get her to eat more, otherwise I
would put a bit in her beak every few hours, I make a mix of corn syrup,
raw egg yolk and yoghurt to get some energy and nutrition into an ailing
chicken. Force feeding with a dropper can cause them to aspirate, so be
careful, just put a drop or two at a time. I tube feed when I have a sick
chicken. I hope she makes it.
