Our cat is front end declawed, and I now wish I'd gone for all 4.

I know that I have always been told the a cats scratch can be deadly to
any of my inside birds ...this being due to bacteria accumulation on a
cats claws. Now I wonder if the same is true cats vs ducks or chickens?
