[CHICKENS-101] Set up an automatic waterer in the chicken yard.

It was one of those "necessity is the mother of invention" kind of things.  I'm going to a 5 day retreat soon, leaving my chickens in the care of Mr. Percy and worrying he might forget to tend to them before leaving for work.  Man gets up at 11:30 am, leaves the house at 1 pm, and doesn't return till 11:15 pm.

I'd already set up an outdoor sink station, with potable water coming in and a short drain hose going out.  So I ran the drain hose into an 8 foot length of pvc pipe and placed the pipe against the chicken wire fence.  Inside the chicken yard I put a pyrex baking dish against the fence where it catches the flow from the pvc pipe!  Viola, instant running water. The water is just on enough to trickle and the chickens eagerly gathered around to see what the new 'thing' was.
