[CHICKENS-101] Re: Baby Chic not eating enough

I just lost a 2 week old that was not eating. She/he was half the size of her hatch mates. The hen was going frantic trying to get it to eat and drink. Sometimes a chick is just not right. I think it's best to just let them go.

I have tried giving her a boiled egg, but she won't eat. I have been dipping her beak in water to make sure she stays hydrated. I am worried that she is going to get too weak and not make it. Is there any way to make her eat more? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I am now growing really fond of her as I am putting so much into watching her every move. At times I think I am worrying too much but they are such precious little creatures and I want her to thrive.
