I think it is a feed issue because many people on different groups have posted having the same problem. I read and shared a long time an article how they take grains high in mycotoxins and mix them with grains with no or low mycotoxins. Between the toxins/poisons/herbicides/pesticides I believe there is something going on with feed. We just had another part in FeatherLegs have the same problem Ginger is having and I have seen it posted elsewhere too.

Sounds like it may be Marek's disease. It causes paralysis of the wings and legs and it varies on severity chicken to chicken. Most chickens don't make it as they can't get to the food and water dish due to the paralysis. Some do improve and survive but the percentage is low.
