Why don't you want your rooster? When your hens go broody they sit on eggs whether they are fertile or not. Is he misbehaving and needing how to act appropriate lessons?

Hello !! I wonder if anyone can help me answer this question . I have 4 Lg Blue Cochins. 1 Roo and 3 hens. If I sell my Roo will the behavior of my hens change? Like will it disrupt their "pecking order" ? They have a well established and peaceful arrangement right now, never any squabbles between any of them. I don't care if they lay eggs or not, they are my pets, I'm so sad to see him go but the Roo has to go. I think one of the members of my poultry club can offer him a good home. (I hope). Thanks :)
