Sounds like a mystery...do tell when you find out. It must be serious for them to be closed for anything.
About your incontinent PRT, I have a 15 year old Border Collie. We buy sz 6 diapers in the least expensive generic brands. We cut a three inch slit in a straight line in the front panel and slip her tail through it and bring the tabs from underneath her to tack them closed. It works like a charm and fewer accidents to clean up. I also use diaper wipes to keep her clean and fresh.
In her heyday, she was my best chick babysitter. Now she is my cookie crumbs picker upper. :-)

I can buy it at the grocery store. It's found in a freezer near the doors. Not Walmart.Something strange happened today with the Walmart in Niles, MI. I have an incontinent 16 y/o Parson Russell terrier so go through a *lot* of paper towels and disinfectant. Was totally out of paper towels so went to Walmart cause it's the closest. It was closed. No lights on, orange cones with plastic tape blocking off the parking lot. There were maybe 10-15 cars parked at the "food" entrance but none near the other. There was a woman moving the cones out of the way to let a car out so I stopped to ask what was going on. She said "I'm not at liberty to say why the store is closed. Will re-open Wednesday". Weird. I went somewhere else and got what I needed. On Sun, Jan 12, 2014 at 9:54 PM, Laura Roberts <lauraroberts518@gmail.com> wrote:
