Roosters/cockerels have an itty bitty penis inside their cloaca. It is how they are sexed as chicks. Cockerels have a larger bump inside their cloaca than pullets.

Roosters don't have penises. To breed, the male and female press their cloaca together. Without penises, I think the term "rape" is a stretch.
