Hi Amy Elizabeth

> Starting a new flock in October and I was hopeful somebody here lives in
Arizona, as I would like to share the order. I only want a few special
chicks, but as you already know I'm stuck buying minimum 15 via mail order.

you may want to consider raisng a batch of 15 and then selling the pullets
you don't want when they are a few months old.

Better known as ovenland this time of year! Just awful hot.

I live in the other ovenland near Death Valley. My chickens have a swamp
cooler, misters, big trees with irrigation, I rarely see them panting
during the days even when we had record temps a couple weeks ago, my
thermometer actually hit 120 degrees.
