I switch mine over between 3 and 4 months by mixing the chick feed with layer feed, increasing the layer feed until it is all layer feed by 4 months.  Susan

When do you all switch your chicks from Start and Grow to a Layer feed? Mine are about 5 weeks old now (still feeding the S-n-G).
