I have incubated eggs that were from two different times, and made it
work. I put on the egg with pencil the date collected, so I can tell
the two eggs apart. You have to make sure that the later laid egg will
not be tossed about by the hatching older egg. I did this with duck
eggs a few years back, with a Little Giant incubator. That incubator is
put away in a box in the back room. I had trouble keeping up the
humidity, but sprayed the eggs with clean water each time I opened the
incubator, and had clean hands each time I handled the eggs. And I made
sure the little "ditches" in the incubator was filled with water.
