Hello! Welcome to the world of hatching, you'll be addicted!! lol
For the turner, you take that out on day 18. The same as when you would stop turning the eggs by hand and put the 'bator in lockdown.
You want to leave the water tray in because you want to up the humidity for lockdown. So you'll want to read the instructions with your incubator and fill up those trays :)

So for those of you that use a turner, what day do you remove it? And also the incubator I have has a water tray under the wire. Is it ok to leave it or do I take all that out too. Many thanks for your help.
