Know what you mean, Heather. Since taking Flexeril at night, my night
cramps have lessened a LOT. Only thing I know to do is to keep the
affected part warm. Our cat will lie on my back, over the covers, and
stop the spasms there. I hope we get some warmer weather by the end of
the week. And when I go out, I double layer, which helps.
When I visited Arizona in July of 2008, I got feet and leg cramps
because the air conditioning was turned up so high in the hotel room.
Going out in the 100+ degree heat made the legs feel better, but not the
rest of me. I think I spent that trip running from air conditioned
place to air conditioned car. One of the little native birds was
cooling off inside the lobby of a stadium in Phoenix, and nobody had the
heart to shoo it outside, it was so hot. In fact, I think it was
begging to stay inside, in the cool. This was across the street from
the Hard Rock Cafe, across the tracks of the city cable cars.
