Make sure she does not have but plugs. Look under her tail. Some babies will get loose stool sit in it and it dries to a plug that prevents new pooping. If this is the case dip her butt in some warm water or spray it with warm water. Wait a couple minutes then rub it off with a paper towel. This happens often with shipped hatchlings who are in little boxes for transport. They actually die from the inside out. Terrible.
Also make sure yours has good access to water. If others are picking on her she may be afraid to go to the watering container. You may have to have two sources.
