I would just let them figure it out. I assume they are in a chicken house at night and sleeping on the floor rather than the roost? Make sure they have food and water in the chicken house if they stay in there most of the time. They are probably more comfortable where they are.

Hi All,
I have some girls that I raised from chicks. They're about 3 months old. I put them out in the coop with the 3 big girls about a week ago. No one is getting hurt, thank goodness, but the 3 little ones won't go into the roost at night so we put them up there. They won't come down in the morning. Should I stop worrying and just let them figure it out or what? The last time I integrated new girls it was so easy!!!
Thanks,
