I'm hoping Cathryn is paying attention and can advise you on medications and amounts. I'm wondering about mycoplasm or coryza. They are respiratory illnesses that have symptoms like swollen eyes and bad odor. Poultry site has information on both illnesses I believe.
I hope you can get her better without her making the rest of your flock ill.
