My parents got it too. They are 35 minutes from me. Twisted up the willows, plum, cherry and apples trees, and yanked off huge branches. My parents thankfully had power still. Many in my area that were in the path of these small tornadoes don't have power, including my Doctor and his staff. The tornado that went by our area hit up a bit north of us. Consumers does not expect to get the power back on until Saturday -most of our line repairmen are out of state repairing lines. It's going to be the hottest day so far tomorrow. :(
Lost 2 silkies from the heat, one of my frizzled partridge chicks and an old old beautiful blue hens. I am just sick about both because if they had come to me or acted distressed when I checked on them I would have brought them in. I have 3 ready to go back out right now. The rest went earlier.
