Re: [CHICKENS-101] which incubator to buy

If you're only wanting to hatch small numbers at a time go for the Brinsea. They're supposed to be really good. If you need or want larger hatches the best styrofoam incubator is the Hova bator. Granted these are my opinions based on the research I've done. I have a foreign brand octagon shaped plastic incubator that I love. I don't remember the brand. I need to find the box to know the brand. It has a built in fan but no turner.

Subject: [CHICKENS-101] which incubator to buy

Hello I have decieded to buy an incubator, but being a first timer. I do not know what to buy. I have narrowed my search to 2. Hova Bator 1602n with turner, and fan. Or the Brinsea's mini advance, with turner, and fan. I was hoping some one could tell which one that would be best for a newbee in this. Or a better one that is under $150.
