Re: [CHICKENS-101] greens and other yummy things for the Chickens

I'd been figuring on my as-yet-unhatched spring chickens eventually getting weed greens, thinnings, and the parts we don't eat for whatever reason.  A few extra lettuces and such might be in order.  As far as I know, the only thing to be careful of is rhubarb leaves.

Otherwise, I hadn't planned on planting anthing in particular for them... But some of the carrots do go to my horses (and they love the tops, too!), along with such treats as broccoli leaves, corn husks/silk (and even stalks), extra or damaged cabbages, etc.  We grew white turnips for them one year, and they apparently liked them--but the next year nobody would touch them.  Go figure.
