[CHICKENS-101] dogs, farming and neighbors

 

I lived in CA. for 20 years. Always rural but did live in an area that was being over run by city people. That was a mess. I now live in a farming area of south central KY where I raise goats, and fowl. I have a LGD and a hog-dog that does guard duty in the house yard, the neighbor across the street has coon hounds and the man up the road has bird dogs. When one dog goes off they all do. It's like any other noise, you get use to it. People like Deb are one of the reasons I moved to where I live now. Carolyn
