Catch it and kill it. They are tiny bloodthirsty little monsters that kill for the sake of killing. They will kill a chicks and even a hen on roost at night and then kill the next one and the next one until they get disturbed. They don't eat the hens but will lap up some of the blood. Mink kill in much the same fashion although they eat some of what they kill and they are mostly just larger versions of weasels.

My neighbor told me today that her DH saw a weasel going across the street headed to my property. I have never seen one here but now I know how I am losing some of my chicks.
What do you do about a weasel???
