Congrats on the babies! I had some hatch last Sat.
I'm feeding mine non-med chick starter. DH was able to find it in a small bag, what I'm using is crumbles. They don't need food the first day, like chicks they are still absorbing the egg sack. I had water and food out for them anyway.
The Mom hatched mine out. But from observing she showed them where the water and food are and what to do with them.

Subject: [CHICKENS-101] Help !! Question I need answered asap .....
I now have 3 ducklings. First hatched yesterday evening and 2 sometime overnight, and at least one more egg is pipping right now.
I just realized that I've simply been feeding the ducks as I feed the chickens ... a mix of layer pellets and scratch. Doesn't sound much like "duckling" fare to me ... so what do I get for them? And should I do as I do with chicks from the incubator and dip their beaks so that they'll learn how to drink? Or will mom take care of that? I know enough not to give them medicated feed but should I run and get non-medicated chick? Game bird? Mash?
Any advice (asap!) will be much appreciated.
