Erin, I know a girl near my youngest dd's age that walks on her tip toes. She has a genetic condition in her feet that causes pain if her feet are flat. I don't remember what it is called. They are doing therapy on her feet now trying to slowly move down what is comfortable for her. If that doesn't work there is talk of surgery. I suggested they put her in heels and just gets shorter heels for every adjustment but she's a tomboy so that idea didn't fly well with her. Lol.
