I have had times where both knees were hurting, and I just could not do
more. An ice pack and a Vicodin helped over time. I am like Cathryn -
I would rather hurt than be addicted to something, as addictions are in
both sides of my family. This happens when I keep trying to go past my
limits. Hope Cathryn, Sheryl and Crypt get well soon.
