I'm sorry everyone is hurting this weekend. So far, so good for me. Today is 'Free Landfill' day and I managed to load our truck without injuring myself. I did slide on a leaf covered stepping stone twice before digging it up.

It surprised me when I got it all done by myself - well all but the 10X12 piece of carpet, Mr. Percy helped me with that. Then he got to drive it all away and shove it over the edge!

i hope you get better, unfortunately today i hurt my back agian. i was moving a new pen that was given to us and putting pairs in it. but i think i really over did it when i had to lift the gate to the trailer and put it back on the trailer. oh well ill get better after a few days of rest. i plpan on taking the kids out to the beach tomm to see my mom and spend easter with her. tramadol works for me and i love it but my pain management dr wont give it to me anymore and just has been doing injections and nerve carterizations and so far no relief im hopeing i find some better relief.
