i hope you get better, unfortunately today i hurt my back agian. i was moving a new pen that was given to us and putting pairs in it. but i think i really over did it when i had to lift the gate to the trailer and put it back on the trailer. oh well ill get better after a few days of rest. i plpan on taking the kids out to the beach tomm to see my mom and spend easter with her. tramadol works for me and i love it but my pain management dr wont give it to me anymore and just has been doing injections and nerve carterizations and so far no relief im hopeing i find some better relief.

I don't know, the tramadol is beginning to take the edge off the pain. I have to get up feed the lovebird and parakeet, check the few inside chicks and make some thing to eat. My husband offered to go buy dinner and came home with a huge container of french fries and pork chops. Sigh... He knows I don't want the fries. I will not open the container in case I give in. :(
