Re: [CHICKENS-101] Re: trapped on the couch

Hi Deb,Having your back out is so painful!  You can't stand, sleep, walk, or do anything. I can't take motrin and am pushing it with the tramadol because of the high doses of coumadin I have to take.  I could bleed out inside, like my brain, et... I was stiff and sore, but back up after a couple of hours.  I take the coumadin in the morning and my supplements and vitamins at night, so the two do not meet.  I am so out of shape that typing on the lap top leaves my wrist sore. Poor Cathryn!  I know exactly how you feel. I put my back out last week and am just now starting to feel brave enough to venture around outside again. WOW!  Isn't Tramadol wonderful? My daughter recomends taking Motrin and electrolytes along with it to avoid the side effects (headache, nausea)
