I agree with you Laura and Deb and I have had this conversation before as well. I do have a min pin with a docked tail but she was done before I got her so...........I have had goats with and without horns and for the few babies that I have had, I had them dubbed as soon as they had buds so it wasn't a problem. Kinda like taking off dew claws on dogs. It is for the safety of the animal and the humans.
