Sounds like a humidity issue. Did the humidity raise for the last three
days?

Where the eggs by any chance shipped eggs? I had the same thing happen to
me. I set 12 shipped eggs in the same incubator at the same time with some
of my own eggs and mine hatched right on schedule strong and healthy while
only one of the shipped eggs hatched yesterday (day 22) and is so week I
don't think it's going to make it. Just trying to figure out what happened.
My incubator manual suggests that in addition to low temps, eggs that are
held too long before setting will hatch too late. Has anybody else heard
this?
