I am sitting here trapped on the couch. Hoping that the 3rd tramadol kicks in before my bladder does. My back and knee hurt so bad that I don't think I can move my legs or stand up. Played too hard outside with my birds. I'm starting to feed and water the light pens and cages, and setting up breeding pens and cages. I mixed the supplements I want in their feed and fed all but 3/4 of the main barn. Fed the naked neck, baby barn, guineas and pendesencas, and the cattle barn. Did the brooders, and started on the breeding cages on the roost. Put the new cornish out, they are done with their quarantine. BUT, when I came in I could no longer lift my feet over a door way with out grabbing my pant legs and pulling my feet up. 
You'd think I'd know better than to stay out so long, especially since I have an excellent helper who comes everyday to feed and water. LOL! Cathryn
