[CHICKENS-101] Re: get a load of the price of these Silkies!!

You can start at auction at .01 if you want too and put a reserve on it for whatever you wish to get from it.
I have had great luck with items I have got from Ebay, though not a fan of getting hatching eggs from there. I have been able to get some unique and needed things for myself and as gifts for a heck of a good deal.
I am not implying the following statement to the Lavender (isn't that just self blue?) eggs but I know of a person in the poultry biz who has various accounts and list auctions. He bids/buys them at outrages prices (ex: $175 for 6 eggs) and uses it towards his taxes. I'm not sure exactly how he does it but there must be some benefit on his part or he wouldn't do it. Honestly, I don't really care to know because I wouldn't do something so shady.
As for selling on Ebay, if you got secrets do share because my luck with selling on there sucks!
Happy Easter!

p.s. Saturday I sold two of my White Silkie pullets and 1 Silkie x Brabanter hybird/mix to a family in Columbia, MO for their backyard flock. Their two young sons were excited!
