You can grow your own stevia if you wish. Seeds is available, and most garden centers have plants available in the spring. You can dry it in a dehydrator or a microwave with little fuss and keep it for year around use. Stevia does have a slight after taste of licorice. A few people don't like it for this reason, but most don't seem to mind it. Di
