Re: [CHICKENS-101] Gothy's flocks

Everyone made it thru the night ok. This morning they weren't too sure about coming outside. The one's who have dealt with snow before, no problem. We only got around 4" and it was blowing more than sticking. One of my Blue Andalusian hen's decided to do a step and fly, repeat to get around. Too funny to watch. Guineas did a lot of flying also and then couldn't figure out how to get back down to the houses. All but one were in tonight. So I will either have a very hungry guinea hen in the morning or a poultry pop. I know she's under the trailer somewhere, and it's her 2nd winter.
The wind was brutal this morning. I almost went down a couple of times from the gusts. Sounded like a Nor Easter going thru here this afternoon.

Wonder how Gothy and her flocks did in the cold last night.  She was worried about chicken cicles because of the horrible wind. Cathryn
