[CHICKENS-101] Re: Egg size

 


The egg size depends on the breed and strain of the birds. I've had good luck with Australorps laying a big dark brown egg. The hens will lay somewhat small eggs for the fist month of production then the eggs will get bigger. Hope this helps you out.
